Mr. Arif Siddiqui is a seasoned expert in the warehousing industry, with over 33 years of extensive hands-on experience. He is the Managing Director of Coign Consulting, a pioneer in warehousing infrastructure & intralogistics design consulting services with many first’s to their credit.
He has served as the Country Business Head for the Contract Logistics division at AFL Logistics Limited (now FedEx).

Parmeet Bhalla is a Commerce graduate from Delhi University and has studied Interior Design, before getting a specialized Diploma Degree in pay concrete mix design from Melbourne, Australia. With his sheer passion for work, he joined the family business at the young age of 21 years but diversified later to find BGSB Concrete Solutions.
At a time when warehouses were happy and didn’t see the need to invest in something supposedly insignificant like flooring, BGSB brought about a revolution and made people understand that the floor is the heart of an industrial building. Sunil Tyagi is the Managing Partner and Co-founder of ZEUS Law Associates is a practicing lawyer since 1991. Rajesh Lal, a chartered accountant with strategic planning & execution as a forte, has cross functional domain expertise, vast multi-location experience, strong soft skills, blend of business acumen and analytical capabilities, and possesses over 30 years of pioneering experience in Advisory, Setup, Systems & Controls, Taxation, Management Reporting, Audit & Assurance, Accounting, Human Resources, Legal support and Foreign Exchange regulations. Playing the role of a business partner, he is able to assist organisations, commercial and non-profit, Global and domestic, in their needs of diverse nature and has supported a wide array of industries, automobiles & auto-components, pre-engineered buildings, electronic components, biological wastewater treatment, mobile media advertising, overseas logistics, construction, readymade garments, software, security services, facility management, skilling to name a few.
Pritam Banerjee brings several years of experience in the areas of economic policy, logistics operations, trade facilitation, and trade policy. He is currently Head, Centre for WTO Studies, Centre for Research in International Trade (CRIT).
Prior to his current role, he was engaged as Logistics Sector Specialist Consultant with the Asian Development Bank (ADB).
Dr. Banerjee was earlier with Deutsche Post DHL Group as Senior Director for Public Policy responsible for South Asia region. Before that he had served as the Head of Trade Policy, Confederation of Indian Industry’s (CII), and with the World Bank in Washington, D.C., where his work focused on trade facilitation and trade policy related issues.
Ashish Mendiratta is a seasoned professional specializing in Supply Chain Management Strategy, Operations, and Training. Over his 30-year career, he has held significant positions at globally renowned organizations such as Gillette, Nestlé, BILT, Philips, and Kohler. Notably, he served as Director-Supply Chain for Asia Pacific at Kohler and for India & Pakistan at Philips. Recognizing a gap in supply chain competencies, Ashish co-founded Thinklink Learning Services Pvt. Ltd., focusing on structured competency development. He has collaborated with numerous companies to deliver measurable outcomes through comprehensive approaches, including competency mapping, assessment, and development.
Pramod Rajendran Naidu is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in transport planning, logistics, and architecture. Since October 2023, he has been serving as the Partnerships Manager at Smart Freight Centre India. Prior to this, from October 2020 to September 2023, Pramod was the Transport and Infrastructure Advisor at Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH. His career also includes roles such as Assistant Manager Logistics at KD Supply Chain Solutions Pvt Ltd, Design & Logistics Manager at PreFab Construction, and Architect at Godrej Properties Limited.
Mihir G. Shah is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic communications, public policy, and disaster management. He currently serves as the Director of Strategic Communications at the Council on Energy, Environment and Water (CEEW), where he has been instrumental in positioning the organization as a leading think tank from the Global South. Under his leadership, CEEW has introduced innovative communication platforms such as “What on Earth,” a bi-weekly cartoon strip, and “Faces of Climate Resilience,” an award-winning short documentary series.
Dr. Mukul P. Gupta is a distinguished academic and advisor with a career spanning over four decades, blending industry experience with academic excellence. He earned his MBA in 1981, securing a Gold Medal from the University of Rajasthan, Jaipur, and later completed his PhD in Advertising. Dr. Gupta has held leadership positions in premier business schools across India and South Africa, contributing significantly to management education.
